Delivery of Welding Vans for Volker Rail

Volker Rail recently ordered two flexibly configurable Mercedes Sprinter welding vans for Thermit welding work on the Dutch railway.

The vans are equipped with work lighting and illuminated storage cabinets for good visibility during night work. For the driver, there is extra comfort thanks to a digital reversing camera, 360° camera system, comfort seats and a multimedia system. There is even room for a coffee maker in the cabin.

One of the vans has a PTO underfloor generator system, which means that, in addition to Thermit welding, build-up welding work is also possible.

In short: fully equipped, future-proof vans. Think of it as a large tool cart with extra comfort – flexible, practical and always ready.
