Summary of Data Processing Terms

When using our vehicles equipped with an integrated online module and associated telematics services, personal data may be processed. In this context, we act as a Processor within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and our customers act as the Data Controller.

We process personal data exclusively for the purpose of operating, supporting, and securing the online module and associated services, such as providing vehicle, location, and status information. Processing takes place based on written instructions from the customer.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data and, where necessary, collaborate with carefully selected sub-processors.

The full agreements regarding data processing are set out in the data processing agreement, which is agreed upon as part of the contract with the customer and is legally binding.
