Screw trackbot first field tests

After a long period of testing on our own track, we are finally ready to deploy the machine in its final habitat. In consultation with various contractors, we have recently been allowed to make the first “real” test mileage during projects;
Loosening, discarding clamps and hand-tightening screws again,
Repositioning clamps and tightening them to torque,
Fully removing the bolt with clamp,
Fully tightening new screws and clamps to torque.

The work can be set for each rail, inside or outside.
The machine logs the most important information such as screw position in the rail and tightening torque.
The machine can be used with a truck-mounted crane or Rail Road excavator
The battery lasts about 24 hours
The working speed is still low at the moment but we will increase it in the near future

Apart from the fact that these tests are necessary to improve the machine, we are continuously learning and getting more and more feedback from the future users, often containing good and new ideas.
